LOOKING FOR TROUSER FACTORY

Hello,
I am looking for a trouser factory that can work from stock fabric with very quick lead times. I have first customer needing 320 trousers for shipment at end of March. Customer is flexible about fabric composition and colour (but must be close match to Pantone reference PMS 469 C)

L/80
XL/40
XXL/30
XXXL/10
