Cobra International is a company specializing in the manufacturing of anchors for the domestic, commercial and industrial markets. Our product lines are amongst the most complete in the industry. Our products are primarily sold to North American manufacturers, wholesalers, industrial users, and large hardware chain stores. We are presently in the process of reviewing our product lines and would like to compliment our masonry anchor line with the addition of concrete nails.
We are looking for a manufacturer of these concrete nails, below are the specifications that must be met:
1. Nails must be Electro Galvanized (Minimum 5-6 micron coating)
2. Shank diameter that will be ordered are 6mm and 8mm. Length will be 1.125”- 1.5”- 2”- 2.5”- 3”- 3.5”- 4”- 4.5”- 5”- 5.5”- 6”.
3. Material: Steel #45
4. Head Diameter- 12 mm (If different, specify on the quotation)
5. Nails must have a Ballistic Point- Specify the length of the point.
6. Shank: Spiral Flutes that are pronounced and deep.
7. Packaging: Bulk, maximum weight not to exceed 25 kg.
