genuine leather women’s saddle bag

I’m in the UK and I’m looking to have a genuine leather women’s saddle bag manufactured.
Initially I’d like to have costs to have a sample made and the costs for 100 units. I hope to be producing more very soon.
I’d like some to be black and some coloured.

Please can you advise if this is something you are able to do.
