DONGGUAN KONGWAN AUTOMOBILE GLASS LTD is one of the leading successful company of manufacturing safety glass in China.

At present, there are more than 3500 vehicle glass models and will further develop the latest models. The company has three heat bending continuous lines. The first one is for commonly use laminated automobile glasses, the second one is for tempered glass (windscreen, door glass, sideglass, backlite and etc.), and the third one is for peculiar shape building and automobile glasses. We also have flat and bent laminated glasses with tungsten heating wires (0.05mm) for auto-fogging high quality bakery counters, fridges and etc. The company has the right to import and export automobile glasses directly in China. The company's workshop occupies more than 10000m² , and having production facilities and equipments imported from all over the world (Finland, Belgium and etc).

Details of furnace temperature, heating time, quenching air temperature and pressure are controlled by computers and registered automatically.

Nowadays, most of the vehicles have screen printing, mainly to emphasize the status and a good appearance of the vehicles.

This automatic production line ensures high quality ceramic printing and heating lines printing, , followed by Infra-red instant drying machine to ensure the printing surface is shiny smooth and dust free.
