PC+PMMA Co-Extrusion Sheet Production Line:

PC+PMMA composite sheet is made of PC and PMMA two kinds of raw materials by co-extrusion, so that it integrates the high impact strength and bending resistance of PC material, and has good hardness and wear resistance of PMMA material, so that the overall toughness of the sheet is improved. The composite board is high-definition and transparent, with high gloss and strong printability. After texture production, it can get a good streamer dazzling glass effect. After hardening, the fall resistance is greatly improved, and the signal will not be shielded, this type sheet can be used to replace the glass for 5G mobile phone back cover and touch window.

Light Guide Panel (LGP) Extrusion Line:

The light guide plastic plate extruder provided by JWELL company can be used to process PMMA/GPPS/MS light guide plate, including liquid crystal light guide plate, which is used for LCD components of monitor, TV, mobile phone, PAD, etc.

Diffuser Sheet Extrusion Line:
