Wodon High chromium wear plates

We have general wear plate, high chromium wear plate, impact resistant wear plate, heat resistant wear plate and no crack wear plate. We can also make custom production according to your requirement. 

Wodon wear plates are manufactured by welding one or mutiple abrasion resistant layers on a medium or low carbon steel base plate. The overlay alloy has a high amount of chromium carbide hard particles. 

The hard particles are distributed evenly throughout the layer, creating a strong microstructure. The hardness range is HRC58-63, which depends on the overlay's thickness.

The wear resistance of wodon plates is 20 times higher than low carbon stell plates, and 8 times higher than heat treated steel plates.

Our wear plates are excellent on flatness, the tolerance is +/-3mm/m

The main ingredients of wodon plates is C(3.0-5.0%) and Cr(25-40%). We develop the best chemical composition ratio for the most effective wear resistance. As tested, the service life of wodon wear plates is 2.5 times longer than domestic wear plates, 1.5 times better than imported wear plates.
