Injection Unit

Injection pressure and plasticizing capacity increased by an additional 35~40% comparing to the standard machine.
Injection screw with L/D ratio of 20:1, increasing the quality and efficiency of plasticizing, and suitable for various types of engineering plastics.
Higher injection speed suitable for thin wall moulding .
Five-stage injection speed and 7-stage injection pressure for precision moulding .
The injection screw directly driven by a high torque hydraulic motor with 99-step plasticisation speed for processing engineering plastics.

Clamping Unit

The newly designed five point toggle system improve the stability and speed of the clamping unit. Meanwhile, decreases the pressure exerts on the pins and prolong the life span of the toggle pins.
The unique high speed clamping function enables 70% faster movement comparing with the standard machines.
Enlarged opening stroke to accommodate moulds with large stroke requirement.
Robust design of ductile cast iron platens to minimize platen deformation and thus increase mould protection.
The tie bars are made of high tensile steel with hard chrome plated surface, enlarged tie bar diameter will further enhance the clamping capacity.
Super lubrication system with built-in alarm can self monitor the oil supply which will give extra protection to the toggle unit.
Numerical-controlled multi-stage mould clamping device offers auto positioning of high pressure clamping function and the low pressure clamping function to protect the mould from damage.
Safety is assured with the newly designed mechanical safety interlock installed with the clamping unit, which also facilitates the loading and unloading of mould and robot.
Hydraulic multiple ejecting device eases the extraction of product.
Safety cover which can move forward and backward gives convenience to maintenance and inspection.
