Yanion Group was established in Hong Kong since 1976. Its paid-up capital is about HK$50 million. The principal activities consist of the manufacture & trading of audio/video products, office appliance, computer peripherals products & high precision components. A production centre in Dongguan, PRC was set up in 1989 with total site area of 690,000 sq.ft.. We have a strong workforce of about 2,000 employees in PRC & 100 employees in HK.
We have actively developed the sales network of our products under the brand name of "YAMAKAWA" in the PRC & the result was satisfactory. Two self-developed products had won HK Awards for Industry - Certificate of Merit in Consumer Product Design in 1993 & 1995.
In 1970, Yanion started the production of cassette deck mechanisms for audio manufacturers & has enjoyed high reputation for over 20 years. We have capitalized on the compact disk technology & have close business relationship with companies in Japan, USA, Germany, Korea & UK for technological advancement. In 1992, we successfully developed the CD player & its mechanism.
In 1995, we were the first manufacturer of VCD Player in HK. In new product design, Yanion is employing advanced computer software, Pro-Engineer & Solid Work, for 3-dimensional engineer drawings. We are developing new & diversified products including Dolby Pro Logic System, multi-disc CD Players, Home & Office Appliances, AC-3 receivers, home theatre AV related products, computer peripherals, photo-printers, paper shredders & medical health products.
Apart from the finished goods products, our business also includes precision springs, precision metal & plastic moulds, precision spare parts & components, OEM products & stationery. Customers need quality products. The certification of an internationally recognised ISO9000 series quality-assurance system is an assurance of overall product quality of Yanion.
