Sell Channel Letter - 'n' Letter

- The letter "n" as shown is a self-contained letter, meaning that the transformer is mounted inside the letter and the only wire going through the wall is the primary electric feed wire. Generally, the transformer that would be used inside a letter like that would be an electronic transformer (not the heavier core and coil type that is shown). There are only a very small percentage of signs that are constructed like that and it would be rare that we would be asked to do it that way. Letter construction such as that also requires that the letter be deeper than the standard 5".

- The illumination is either by neon tubing or LED lighting.

- The faces of the letters are either 1/8" or 3/16" thick acrylic with a 1" Jewelite trim cap to fasten the faces to the letters. The thickness depends on the height of the letter. Generally, any letters over 24" high we would recommend 3/16" thick material.

- All the signs are constructed to meet or exceed the UL requirements and/or any local codes.
