Structural charateristics
Horizontal seperate structure in vertical pump, and vertical seperate structure in horizontal pump, which makes the maintenance and repair conveniently .
There is no need to disassemble the pipelines even it is intergral
When the pumps need the self-priming function, water-ring vacuum pump and compressed air jet pump can be installed.
Hyperstatic design ensure the reliability and lifetime of mechanical seal.
Symmetrical impeller minimize the axial force of rotor, and extend the life span of bearing.

Material
We use NI-AL bronze (ALBC3) for impeller and seal ring, its wear resistance and corrosion resistance is much better than tin brass and silicon brass.
All the shaft use the stainless steel 304 or beter
We use only ductile cast iron not grey cast iron .

Main components
Only SKF and NSK(NTN) for bearings
All the installation of bearings are competed by machiney
The SiC+ SiC is used in mechanical seal friction
