Wood Finish Machine

1.Structure:
•one oven, two trolley
•there are 20 vacuum heads in one trolley, total is 20 vacuum heads
•one circulation fan
•door on or off automatically， controlled by cylinder
•two sets of water-ring vacuum pump
•one electrical cabinet ( PLC control, operated by touch-screen interface)
2.Electrical appliance:
•Brand of PLC is Delta (from Taiwan)
•Touch-screen interface is Weinview (from Taiwan)
•AC contactor is Siemens
•Intermediate relay is IDEC
•Other electrical appliance is snyder
3. Parameters:
•Temperature can reach 165~180 celcios after 40 minutes when the first time start the furnace
•Manual or automatic: when the temperature reach setting temperature, heating will stop automatically, transferring into constant temperature. Temperature difference will within ±5 degree celcious
•Transferring time: 7~12 minutes
•There are two working table, and three suggestion device of heating: one zone temperature、two zone temperature、three zone temperature. You can see every zone temperature through man-machine interface.
•Heating automatically, temperature inside furnace is within the range of setting temperature.
•There are 40 vacuum heads, one side has 20 vacuum heads. Two working table work alternately
