The max diameter and weight of this part isφ80 and 5kg , and the longest of this parts is 500mm .Normally ,the material of this part are : medium carbon steel, W-C alloy steel, carbon low alloy steel.The technology of the part is the warm and cold forging,and in the warm forging process we use the Kurimoto 2000T five stations warm forging press to manufacture . Now, the pars of the main customers are :GKN(shanghai)company, DELPHI (lingyun) company, DELPHI(shanghai)company.
