The selection of ceramic material to take place of silicon rubber material for the sealing part has below advantages:
1. Technical property. During the production of silicon rubber parts, mould shrinkage problem happens most often, to solve this problem, it requires good control of molding temperature, processing condition and good maintenance of mould, all of these will greatly increase the cost, to be worse, the finished products still cannot meet the precision standards. However, it will be no problem if we use ceramic material, we equipped two pcs of ceramic chips with holes on each, and they can match perfectly with each other when water is going through or blocked.

2. Application property. After long term of running, silicon rubber core can be easily got distorted or loose, ceramic parts have no such problem. Furthermore, ceramic parts work good against acid, corrosion., hot water and some other tough environment which cannot be made by silicon rubber parts, all of these merits make it enjoy a long service lifetime that support 300,000~500,000 times of running.
