Sea Cucumber/sandfish/fishmaw/sea Horse

1. Dried Sea Cucumber (beche-de-mer)
Our sea cucumber are carefully harvested from the wild by experienced licenced divers and then transported to our drying facility where they are cleaned and dried ready for export.
There are many varieties available including Sandfish, Surf Redfish, Black Teatfish, White Teatfish, Blackfish and Prickly Redfish.

2. Fish maw
Fish maw is mostly used in the preparation of thick soup. It is effective in relieving coughs and beneficial for the general health. We have fish maws from a wide variety of fishes.

3. Seaweeds
Our seaweed are raw seaweed they pick up from sea and washed to remove salt, sand then dried under sunshine

They come in three basic colours: red, green, and brown. The present uses of seaweeds at present are as human foods, cosmetics, fertilisers, and for the extraction of industrial gums and chemicals.
