Carp Pituitary Extract

1. Carp pituitary extracts are removed from fresh mature carp and then cleaned and dried
2. Dried pituitary is delivered to fish-breeding facilities where are applied in the form of injections to stimulation of spawning of fishes.
3. Carp pituitary extracts are used in fish spawning operations for both female and male fish. With female fish to induce and increase spawn, with male fish to increase sperm production.
Carp pituitary extracts have a use in a wide variety of fish because of the predictable nature of the product and its non-harmful nature.
Carp pituitary extracts are currently used with: Carp, grass carp, big head carp and silver carp. Catfish, channel catfish and blue catfish. White sturgeon Tropical and ornamental fish including freshwater shark, Muskellunge and others.
4. The donor fishes consist that they are mature, always weight more than 2.5kg, and preparation of pituitary spent not earlier than through 4 - 5 months after participation of a donor fish in spawning.
