Applications of Manual mold silicone rubber:
Manual mold silicone rubber is mainly be used as following:
1. Decoration building mould making, including architecture column, porch column, interior column etc
2. Unsaturated rein crafts, epoxy resin crafts, poly resin crafts , plastic toys and so on.
3. Concrete decoration, garden statue ,plant, sculpture, Buddha and animal crafts.
4. Pad printing allocation and electronics antivibration.

Features of Manual mold silicone rubber:
1 .Two part of liquid fluid: liquid white silicone and curing agent.
2. Cure at room-temperature within 4-8 hours, but all performance will act perfectly when it cure within 24 hours.
3. Good fluidity and excellent operation.
4. Good resistance to weather, temperature, aging, acid.
5. Excellent tear strength, comfortable duplication times.

Manual mold silicone rubber operations:
Manual mold silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of two component, part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent.
Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.
Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.

Notes of Manual mold silicone rubber operations:
The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5mins, otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing, it will not be operated. And You should ensure that part A and part B mixed evenly.
