1. Characteristics
Chlorinated Paraffin-70 is white or pale yellow solid powder. It's chemical structure is almost completely saturated and It has the following properties fine fire-retardant, chemical reagent resistance, compatibility, antideteriorant and heat stabilization. So it's an additive fire-retardant of fine general performance.

3.Application
Chlorinated paraffin is a kind of fine chemicals of wide usage. It finds a wide application in industry.
(1)It is extensively used as flame retardant for PVC, for Polythene(PE),for ABS resin, for polyester, for rubber, for rubber and plastic travelling belt(especially for coal mine well travelling belt and for mine tape)
（2）Flame retardant for many kinds of PVC products, such as, addition agent for PVC cable with high performance.
（3）Flame retardant for PE, for polyester/polyurethane, for epoxy compounds materials, such as for threading pipe, etc.
（4）Flame retardant for fireproof, waterproof and antifouling dope, for paint , such as for marine paint, for decorative paint and for acrylics resin emulsified paint, etc.
（5）Flame retardant for industrial textile, such as for shelter cloth, for tent, for work clothes used by fire-fighting, metallurgy, petrifaction industries, etc.
（6）Flame retardant for finishing materials
（7）Modifying addition and flame retardant for wood, plant stuff and flooring. Impregnant for wood antisepticise and antimoth. Glue blending for wood antisepticise and antimoth, for paper making industry, etc.

（15）Chlorinate paraffin-70 can be used in Polymer Material, such as suspension method PVC, emulsion PVC, caoutchouc, bunas, polyblend of caoutchouc and neoprene, neoprene, nitrile rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, unsaturated polyester (UP), aldehyde resin, polyurethane, paint, etc.
