Durostone is a heavy-duty glass fibre reinforced plastic which offers extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties. Durostone is manufactured by using Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxid- and modified Epoxy resins combined with glass fibers.

Durostone materials are designed and typically recommended for uses in manufacturing solder pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards (PCB's). These materials can also be used for carriers in solder paste printing, SMT placement, IR-reflow and conformal coating operations.

Application :

It can keep its mechanical strength, smoothness and original color when continuously used under the temperature of 280 degree (maximal working temperature below 385 degree 10~20s)

It is applicable in ROHS appliance production line under high temperature continuously.
