Material:
We adopt E1 grade and moisture proof MDF and high-quality imported UV paint as basic material.We use advanced equipment to print picture and then through many times UV Prime paint;UV surface paint and finished by ultraviolet curing paint.Each board face coverd by plastic film to protect surface.

Product size:
Standard size:2440*1220*18mm and 2440*1220*9mm.Also provide size according to customers with Acrylic or PVC or Aluminum alloy edge banding.

Packing:
Each board is covered with plastic film;
and two boards be one set, face to face, and a PE foam will put between two boards.

Load container:
20 feet container can load 450 PCS with size 2440*1220*18mm.
20 feet container can load 900 PCS with size 2440*1220*9mm.
