This series is available in four sizes featuring screw diameters of 51, 65, 80, 92, for a performance range of 60 kg/h to 350kg/h. The barrel sections provide precise temperature control, the heating and cooling drillings are positioned directly adjacent to the processing chambers. The cooling is by water injection, the heating by means of high-power electric heating。This interplay ensures stable processing conditions, nitriding steel or induction hardened CrMo barrels are used to ensure reliable wear protection according to the requirements of specific applications.
