Material :SKH51 Hardness:59-61HRC. The minimum diameter of pin to be machined isф0.2mm,with the maximum precision up to 0.002mm. Further machining such as chrome-plating and character-engraving is allowed for working end. SKD61 Internal Hardness :40-45HRC Surface Hardness :HV900 above. pin dia:ф2.0-25mm ,length:below 1000mm ,Thickness of nitration case : 0.02-0.05mm ,After surface treatment, the product will have an anti-wearing and corrosion-resistant surface with fairly high hardness and a body with fairly low hardness and high tenacity, applicable for molds operating under high temperature.
