BonpTM-GPM200B is made by maleic anhydride(MA) grafts PP-B. It can keep the physical properties of polypropylene and show high polarity and reactivity. BonpTM-GPM200B is a polymer coupling agent and adhesive, which used in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, minerals and wood flour-filled polypropylene for improving the compatibility and affinity of the interface.Besides BonpTM-GPM200B has high impact toughness,so it especially suitable for PP/PA,and can greatly promote the compatibility between PP and PA.Just adding a little of this grafted PP can improve the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the material significantly.

Typical Applications& Recommend Dosage:
1.Polymer Coupling Agent: Used in filling composite materials, such as wood, wood fiber, glass fiber, talc, calcium carbonate, mica, aluminum(Magnesium) hydroxide and so on,to improve the compatibility and adhesion of the interface between PP base resin and filler. Adding 3%-10%,can greatly improve the mechanical properties and thermal-resistance properties of composite materials. Compared with the common coupling agents,like silane, titanate, aluminum phosphate ester, the improvement of mechanical properties is much better for composite materials.
2.Polarity Enhancer: Used to increase the polarity of polypropylene.Adding 10%`20% can improve the dyeability and paint of polypropylene.
3.Dispersion Enhancers: Used in Filled polypropylene masterbatch, masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, degradable masterbatch and so on. Because it has strong interaction with pigments, dyes, flame retardants,etc.,so it can promote the dispersion of pigments, dyes, flame retardants,etc.in the polypropylene carrier resin.
4. Polymer Compatibilizer: Used in PP alloy,such as PP/PA to improve the compatibility and affinity of the interface.
