Pharmacology: This product is glycoside polyether ionophore antibiotic, which has the strongest anticoccidial effect and the lowest drug concentration,and thus it is widely used in anti-coccidiosis of chicken. The anticoccidial mechanism is to excited Na +, k + ,ATP of sporozoite so that concentration of Na + in sporozoite increases,leading to Cl + increases and make the sporozoite absorbent swelling and vacuolization. Coccidia has no osmotic pressure regulator so their its osmotic pressure changes, resulting in poor growth. This product is effective in killing sporozoite, their first and second asexual generations and merozoites.

Indications: Anti-coccidiosis.Have a preventive effect on Chicken Coccidiosis.

Usage&dosage: Mixed feed. Add 500g of this products per ton feed.

Precautions:
- This product is highly toxic in addition to chicken, so forbid using in other animals and guard against eating on the human body.
- The safe range of this product is narrow. And it will inhibit the growth of broiler chickens if feed conceentration is more than 6mg/kg.
- Forbid using in laying chicken.
- Forbid making poultry dung of chickens, who has fed Maduramicin Ammonium,into animal feed, otherwise it would cause animal poisoning.
- This produce can’t directly use. It should make into premix or solution. Thoroughly mix evenly before using.
- It is noxious to human. If ingested the symptoms may include shortness of breath, dizziness, naphtha and vomit. Obtain medical care without delay.
