Dongying Eternal petro-tech Co.,Ltd was founded in 1990. the company locates in shengli oil filed ,Dongying city, shangdong province,the second largest oil field in china.
Our company is specialize in petroleum equipments for a long time. All the products we exported are as per API standard.the main products as follow: solids control system,well control system,well head tools,down hole tools, tubular goods and so on.
There are two major types of casing hangers,i.e.the threaded type and the slip-type.
1. The slip-type casing hanger comprises a number of models such as G..W.WD.AND WE.
The model WD hangers are used to connect the casing head with the surface casing. When connected to the casing,the slip teeth of the hanger close tightly around the casing by the use of outer force.
The model W hangers are structured to enable the dead-weighe of the casing to energize the seal to function. Both the model WE and model G hangers operate by energizing the seal manually.
2.casing elevators features:
(1).high-quality steel processing, light weight, small size, big load, reducing the users work intensity.
(2).composition such as main parts, hand door, lock pin assembly,special handle.
(3).elevators overall handness levels has been evenly distributed through the special processing.
(4).in according with the technical specifications of API spec 8C to design and manufacture.
3.choke valve
(1).designed as per API 6A, 16C, NACE MR0175;
(2).STRUCTURE TYPE: NEEDLE CAGE;
(3).needle core seat of adjustable needle choke valve are all made of carbide alloy for erosion and corrosion resistance and with reliable performance.
4.slab gate valve
(1).designed and manufacture as per API 6A,6D ,NACEMR0175;
(2)The sealing face of gate and seat is overlayed-welding with carbides alloy for erosion and corrosion resistance.
(3)the imported lip-type composite gate and seat,stem seals provide reliable sealing, safety and minimize operational torque.
5.stabilizer includes integral straight blade stabilizer, integral spiral blade stabilizer, replaceable sleeve spiral stabilizer,3-piece sleeve replaceable stabilizer, roller reamer,,Non-rotating stabilizer, float valve stabilizer.spherical stabilizer.
