Sodium Hypochlorite (naclo) Generator

The sodium hypochlorite generators produced by our company were designed by professional designing institute of railway department in 1982, after twenty years of manufacturing and constantly improving by our company, the products have the characteristics of convenient operation, stable performance, safety and reliability and low use cost. The anode of electrolysis unit adopts Ti as base material and its surface is coated with metallic oxide, such as Ti, Ru, Ir, Sn etc. to improve the electrochemical properties of the metal anode. The products have the characteristics of long service life of metal anode, high efficiency of electric current, high utilization rate of salt etc.

Manufacturing feature & Electrolytic process

Sodium hypochlorite generator consists of solution device, electrolysis unit, storage, electrolytic power and other parts, of which electrolytic power coming from high-frequency source power with a simple circuit is stable and reliable.

Electrolysis reaction: Anode : 2Cl-－2e→Cl2
Cathode: 2H+＋2e→H2
Secondary reaction: C12+2NaOH→NaClO+NaCl+H2O

Generated NaClO solution enters into storage for backup.
