Features

The machine is used for filling lipstick. It is featured with oil (glycerin) heating, paddle stirring, vacuum bubble eliminator, peumatic filling valve.

Working Process

The lipstick materical in pot are heated at first to a certain temperature, then mixed and stirred and made bubble eliminating, stirring at high speed by paddle in vacuum (stepless speed regulation)

Temp. Adjustment

The pot and filling tube are covered with sheath in which warm water circulates to keep an appropriate temperature. The temperature can be set by operator and is automatically controlled.

The machine is easy to wash and operate. It is made of stainless steel in area touching production material. The stirring and transmission parts are cooled by water to ensure a long service life.
