Asulak E 961
Asulak E 961Item Code / Model Number:
ASULAK E 961 is a covering lacquer particularly suitable for shuttle fabrics and knitting cotton goods lycra, polyamide and cellulose fibres.
ASULAK E 961 is main properties are its extremely soft hand and the large elasticity of the coat it produces.
ASULAK E 961 can be mixed up with normal coloured pigment and is possible to obtain a good covering level on dark backgrounds, but alone as such white can not be used.
ASULAK E 961 can be used for printing both in rotate and flat machines by using usual 14 sp. tumblers, 71 monitor, and 125 mash.
The product can be used to print with acid dyestuffs (on lycra and polyamide) and with reactive dyestuffs (on cotton and cellulose), in these cases we suggest to print ASULAK E 961 as first colour.
The colour is fixed by means of a 3 minutes polymerisation at 150 °C just after the printing phase; we point out that ASULAK E 961 can be well fixed also by means of a steaming at temperature of 102 °C for at least 10 minutes (any way, in order to obtain the highest level of washing and rubbing fastness, a further thermo-fixing of 1 minute at 130 °C is advisable).
