Aluminum PCB is one of metal-based PCB, including copper foil layer, thermal insulating layer and metal substrate layer three parts. Copper foil layer is requested for strong current capacity, therefor it should be used for thick copper foil. Thermal insulating layer is the key of aluminum PCB, which is made from special polymer filled with special ceramics. The aluminum PCB is finished by gold plating, tin coating, OSP-anodizing, gold depositing and non-lead ROHS process. It features thin thermal-insulating layer, low heat resistance, non-magnetic, good radiating and mechanical performances.
