Application:
Cold compress
1. Used in physical cooling for human body

Hot compress

Usage:
1. Cold compress: put the cold/hot packs into freezer to be refrigerated for half an hour before taking out for use.
2. Hot compress: Wrap it in wet towel or cloth and put the cold/hot packs into microwave oven to be warmed for 100 seconds for each time, and for 60 seconds in the second time if they are used continuously.
