Qingdao Hoper Machinery Company Limited is high-tech textile machinery manufacturer in China integrating with the development, production and after-sales service. The annual sales volume is 800 million dollar. As one of the three largest manufacturers of cotton machinery in China, we emphasize credit and quality. Founded in 2002, our company has more than 500 employees, of which 30% hold college degree or diploma. More than 60 employees are skilled technician, and around 30 of them are technical engineers. Moreover, there are 5 senior engineers, and two of them are State Department Special Allowance Experts.
The products develop to 8 series, 50 kinds of cotton filling and recycling machineries. HOPER currently designs and manufactures a full line of cotton opening, cleaning and filling in both pillow manufacture and spinning industry. HOPER passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2002, and passed the CE in 2011.
Locating in Qingdao, China, our main manufacturing facility occupies 90,000 m2, of which 25,000 m2 are manufacturing and office space. We have more than 200 sets of equipment such as CNC machining centers of different sizes, CNC lathes, grinding machines and EB welding equipments etc. CAD and CATIA software program are widely used in design, development and manufacturing of products.
