Combined Tempering Furnace

Convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well.
LD-AT series combined flat tempering furnace has two combined heating sections, in which JetConvection heating and AirStream heating technologies are applied for optimum heating effect according to different features of glass sheets; its quenching and cooling section consists of one chiller or more chillers according to quality requirements of end products. The flexible combinations of JetConvection and AirStream heating technologies and various working modes form different performances and features of these series products, which meet particular requests due to different kinds of glass sheets.

Glass can be tempered includes: off-line and on-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
b. LD-AT3 series combined flat tempering furnace has two heating sections and both heating sections adopt JetConvection heating technology on the top. This product ensures better quality of end products and a higher yield. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
