Induction Micro Motor

Induction Motor is use in continuously running situation running in only one direction. It has single phase and three phase type. Two types of wiring which is lead wire and terminal box connection wiring.

Output from 6W to 150W.
Single phase and three phase are available.
Four pole standard and high speed bipolar types are available.
Both lead wire and terminal box connection is available.

Torque Micro Motor

Use in the situation of tension running. Motor will retain on certain torque. Able to use voltage to control torque speed's motor.

Output from 3W to 40W.
Suitable in the situation that objects must be rolled up.
Ability to use in the situation of tension running.
Output adjustment type is available.

Reversible Micro Motor

Reversible Motor use in positive and reverse running. Able to do instant reverse run, suitable for frequently run-stop, positive and reverse run. Both lead wire and terminal box connection is available.

Output from 6W to 120W.
Single phase and three phase are available.
Both lead wire and terminal box connection is available.

Speed Control Micro Motor

Able to change speed when running. Separate and compose type of controller are available. Multiple function use with separate type. Compose type use independent connection device, simplified wiring.

Output from 6W to 120W.
Range of speed adjustment is 50Hz : 90~1400, 60Hz : 90~1600.
Wiring has separate or composes types to choose.
Gently start or stop function is attached with separate type.

Magnetic Brake Micro Motor

Still on brake when motor is off power.

Output from 6W to 120W.
Motor still in torque when off power.
Speed control type motor is available.
Still on brake system is approximately at 0.3Kgcm~5Kgcm.


Insulation resistance: Use a DC500V high resistance gauge to measure the coil of motor and it's an outer shell when motor running in normal temperature and normal humidity, its value should be above 100MΩ.

Insulation pressure endurance: Apply 60Hz, 1.5kV at the coil of motor and it's an outer shell for one minute without and extraordinary phenomenon when motor running in normal temperature and normal humidity.

Temperature arises: Install two reduction gears or radiation plate of the same class at the motor. After rated running, test the coil by resistance method. Its value should be less than 80°C (Except Torque Micro Motor is 75°C).

Insulation Class: Class B (130°C).

Overheat protection: Over heat shut down system.

Environment temperature: -10°C~+50°C.

Humid around the environment: Below 85% (No frosting happens).
