Features
Separated Access Control and Separated Time Attendance
For general Time Attendance and Access Control systems, both functions are combined as a whole and cannot be separated. It means after verifying, you can access in or out; at the same time, the verification is recorded as time attendance.
As a unique access control and time attendance system, ZKS-T2 has separated AC function and separated TA function as well as integrated AC&TA function. It satisfies various requirements of different users. For example, during office hour, users need to access in and out many times, if all verifications record as time attendance, the records will be messy and hard to manage. In this situation, you can choose separated access control function only.
Professional Access Control Function
ZKS-T2 has professional and complete access control functions as following:
 Back Wiring Design: All interfaces are located on rear panel to avoid dismantle of power or other connections.
 Dismantle Proof Alarm: Machine will send signal to external alarm for alert if sabotage and dismantle of machine happen.
 Duress Alarm: Sending alarm secretly to remote alarm system for help if user is forced to open door.
 Door State Check: When the door has been unlocked and the lock delay has passed, if the door is still open, the terminal will give warning.
 Fire Alarm Input and Output: Connected with external fire alarm system, it can send alarm and open door automatically if fire occurs.
 50 time zones, 30 groups and maximum 5 users unlock combination.
Professional Time Attendance
 You can set valid time attendance periods according to your work pattern. Detailed reports include daily report, monthly report and abnormal report, presenting attendance time and status (normal, late, early-leave or absent), etc.
 It’s able to set valid period of signing in, which can apply to situations such as to avoid casual change of shifts.
 Setting holidays is available to define time attendance pattern.
Setting Data Exchange
User information data can be exchanged among different terminals by USB. You can transmit user’s access control setting and time attendance setting besides basic information (ID No, fingerprint, password, card and name).
Voice Personalization
It’s able to edit voice and bell files of terminal into different languages or individualized voices.
