Injection Mould

Normal mold is also called the single parting surface mold, which is one of the simplest type and most commonly used injection mold. It is divided into two parts (moving plate and fixing plate) by the parting surface with half of the cavity on moving part and half of the cavity on fixing part. The main runner is on the fixing plate and branch runner located in parting surface. While the mold open, the products and runner stay in moving plate, and the ejection system will push out the product. All the other molds are the extending development of two plate mold. The usual gates of two plate mold are downgate and fan gate etc. Normal molds are usually easly to fill up, and are often used for large products.
