impulse voltage test systems

GTIVG series impulse test systems can be used to generate impulse voltages simulating lightning strokes（1.2±30%/50±20% μs）, switching surges (250±10%/2500±10% μs) and chopped lightning waveforms.

The operation including switching waveform is designed easier by our circuitry arrangement.
The impulse voltage generator is designed for indoor operation.
The total charging voltage ranges from 100kV to 7200kV with a per stage energy of 2kJ to 30kJ.
The basic system can be upgraded in various ways for special tests or greater ease of operation. Different kinds of optional additional circuits and components can be included to optimize the impulse test system for tests on power transformers, instrument transformers, insulators, bushings, GIS and air-insulated circuit breakers and shunt reactor, etc.
