Crates Washing System

For the continuous working, efficient, hygiene and economic working processing target, the crates automatic washing system is adopted after hanging the live birds to the overhead conveyor line.
The equipment can used on processing line work, also can be worked alone for plastic tray and production crates. The capacity is from 500 crates/H to 1600 crates/H. The crates washer is build by stainless steel, the structure composed by crates receiver, washing tank, exit conveyor, high circulating water pump, crates moving system, and dirts rotating drum collecting system.
