In order to manufacture and design the superior quality pdc bit to meet the needs of all different regions and wells, our company optimizes the configuration of PDC based on the drillability of the rocks.

1, Raw material selection. Tungsten carbide power, 42CrMo were sintering and processed into drill bit body. Then technicist weld pdc cutter into bit position. PDC cutter is imported from U.S.A with high wearing resistance and rigidity, high self-sharpen capability. It is fixed on drill bit body, so it has high stablity.

2, Suitable design. Bit profile design, PDC cutter option, hydraulic design, guage design should be different when applciation and rock formation vary. Shallow cone has good orientation, it is suitable for layers.

3, Exquite technology. When technicist weld pdc cutter into bit position, there must have joint gap, our technicist can control it within 0.04mm-0.1mm while welding.

4, API certificate. CDHP pdc bit has API certificate 7-1.
