Galvanized Spring Wire

Spring steel wires can be oil hardened and tampered spring steel wire, bright spring steel wire and carbon spring steel wires.
Wire Materials: Steel 65MN, 60Si2MnA, 55CrSi, 50CrV, T2B.
Wire Diameter: 0.20 - 17.00 mm.
Application: For car suspending spring, motorcycle vibration reducing spring, engine door spring and high strength, high flexibility and high weary life spring.
Production Standard: Our spring steel wires meet the following standards: ASTM A401,ASTM A401M,EN 10270-2, or according to the user's technical qualification.
Packing: In coils of certain weight according to customers' requirements.

Specifications:

Galvanized spring steel wire manufactured to astm a227
Class 1 tensile with type 2 uniform zinc coating of not less than 0.3 ounces / ft2 of surface area
Wire should be packaged on reel-less cardboard core with the following specifications:
a) No less than 6 banding straps shall hold the wire reel (spaced evenly)
b) Core i.d. 14.000 + 0.063 / - 0.000
c) Core length 11.000
d) Wire reel width 11.500 + 0.000 / - 0.5000
e) Wire reel weight 900 lbs min. & 1000 lbs max.
Notes:

Wire diameter, "galvanized wire" description, & quietflex part no. to appear on the packaging & inner core of each roll.
Wire not to be soft wound.
Mark the leading end of wire with tag
