About Us

HKJ Catering Limited is a HK company, which was founded by three post-80s young men with mutual passion for creating a dynamical, enjoyable and healthy dining experience for people of all ages and dietary preferences. Having the experience of co-working in a Hong Kong styled steakhouse, they witnessed the importance of a balanced diet and recognised that conventional restaurants can hardly link vegetarian and non-vegetarian together due to the limited choices of food as well as the skewed branding focus. They then established EFG Eat For Green with the aim to bring vegetarian and non-vegetarian together without sacrificing one's satiation.

HKJ Team has worked hard to create a friendly and homey dining experience. Our food menu challenges culinary traditions by synergising the textures of food with different cooking methods. It is our passion to building a sustainable business, therefore, EFG features plant-based and seafood options. By providing good quality and new flavours, we vowed to encourage customers to minimise meat consumption in order to cut GHG emissions.
