We have received an order from one of our high profile clients for a 20 oz glass.
Please note that ideally we would like the design (shape, style) etc to be as per our own design.
The exact quantity has yet to be finalised but is expected to be within the following range.
Further details of this enquiry including samples of the preferred design are available to the suppliers' that meet the following requirements;
Please note that the specifications of this glass is as follows -
Item: Clear/Transparent Glass Tumbler
Capacity: MUST be 20 oz, Approx 570ml Rim-Full
Height: Approx 20 cm in height
Diameter at Top Rim: 7.5 cm
Diameter at Base: 7.2 cm
Thickness Of Wall Of Glass: About 2.5 MM
Weight: Approx. 390 grams per piece
Quality: Must be HI-WHITE quality glass
Printing: We require a 4-5 colour decal print each 3.25 cm x 7.00 cm in two positions on the glass
Quantity: 3,000,000 to 8,000,000 pieces
Delivery: We require the delivery to be as follows;
Tooling Time : About 2 weeks.
Counter Sample Time: We require counter samples to be made within 7 days from receipt of our artwork.
Please advise how much time is required to make a counter sample printed with our client's
design from receipt of our artwork.
Counter samples can be mouth blown. This is faster than making the glass mold which takes about 2 weeks.
Production capacity after counter sample approval: About 500,000/week, 2,000,000/month
Factories' Delivery & Tooling Schedules: Please advise us of the factories' best delivery schedule and whether they require to
make tooling (tooling schedule).
Daily Production Capacity: Please also advise us of the factory's daily production capacity.
Price: Based on the abovementioned quantity, our budget for this item is USD0.20/pce F.O.B.
Asian Port inclusive of the cost of Decal Printing on 2 sides of the glass AND ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS.
Inspection: Inspection to Internationally Accepted Standards will be required.
Payment: By Letter Of Credit.
Alternative Designs: If you can not supply the abovementioned glass EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED, please forward us pictures and YOUR PRICE AND DELIVERY QUOTATION for a 20 OZ (570 ML) GLASS TUMBLER THAT CLOSELY RESEMBLES OUR PREFERRED DESIGN.
THAT IS, THE GLASS MUST BE TALL & 20 OZ (570 ML) IN CAPACITY.
ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
