ordering electronic mini PDA

4- B/W or Colour display 2-2.5"
5- quantity:at least 5000 units
6- English/Arabic/Persian language support
7- affordable price much less than a PDA
8- pager or locater within max range of 1000 meters
9- blood presure messuring system(optional)
