Low Angle Ballast Portrait Set

The TOUGH TRAC solution for a low angle design for flat roof mounting features a ballast design for a penetration free installation.

For applications requiring a flush look for flat roofs, the TOUGH TRAC Low Angle Ballast flat roof design features a 10 degree angle mount with a penetration free ballast system. Available with the TOUGH TRAC Lite & Standard Rails, our stock Low Angle Ballast design sets spans 37 feet across and mount 11-12 panels in a one system set.

For 2010, we have introduced 2 new designs: Low Angle Ballast Landscape Set & Low Angle Ballast Portrait Set.
The Landscape Set mounts 12 panels & the Portrait Set mounts 11 panels across.

In addition,with rear Joining Braces to another row, all systems are interlocked together to prevent any row from sliding on the roof during high winds. Each ballast tray is designed to hold 12 - 16 concrete blocks from 2-6 inches for the required weight needed. Consult your installer, architect, or engineer to determine how much weight you need per tray.
