Waste Cable Resource Recycling Equipment

1. Technical Introduction
This equipment is designed for recycling metal and non-metal materials from disused wire and cable. It adoptsmechanical treatment to crush and separate used wire and cable. It has Benefits of low noise, high production and high recycling rate.

2. Process Flow
Disused wire and cable are delivered to shredder via belt conveyer. Crushed raw materials are blowed into vibrating separator by feeding blower. After vibrating separation high purity copper powder and plastic powder are obtained. Untreated wire and cable would be treated again by loop seal system.

5. Raw materials and resulting materials
