Yick Shun established since 1988 and experienced in our production of foam and shoulder pads for the garment industries on both overseas and domestic markets over sixteen years. Then we planned afterwards to extend our business scope of bra cups molding for this lingerie market in 1999. And we started our bra cups molding with the name of Yick Shun Industrial Products Limited in the year of 2001 officially.

The new plant of Yick Shun starts in the year of 2004 and we take advance facilities and machines to suit for the needs of the latest lingerie markets. To be a competitive molding manufacturer in this market, we can provide a vertical service for our customers. This new plant combines by three main production lines from our Foaming, Laminating and Molding together. Our Research & Development team specializes to variety of foam qualities directly for all of our products of laminating foam sheets and molded bra cups in order to control the quality, cost and delivery smoothly. And your valuable opinion can even make our products to be kept well closely to the needs of the market.

Factory:

The total area of this new plant is over 40,000 square meter for the plant site and the construction area is more than 30,000 square meter.

Productivity:

The maximum production capacity can be reached 3 million pairs monthly.

Man Power:

At present, there are approximate 1200 staffs in this new plant.

Facility:

We take these machines to develop and produce our high quality products:

• A fully computerized automatic foaming machine can produce 100 meters long of foam block within twenty minutes.
  
• Equipments of lighting and laundry machines for testing all our foam and molded bra cups.
  
• The department of R&D & Sampling with the latest CNC & 3D scanning system for doing our own design and molds development.
  
• Slicing machines for different foam specification in rolls and pieces respectively.
  
• Fabric inspection machines before laminating on foam.
  
• Laminating machines with both roller and spray for different needs of our customers.
  
• Over 350 molding machines for foam cup molding and 40 for fabric molding.
  
• About 150 sewing machines for sewing the molded fabric on the bra cups for those customers who are in need.
