Founded in 1992, China Ting Garment Mfg (Group) Ltd. is a vertically integrated garment manufacturer, exporter and retailer. China Ting is specialized in silk with its own spinning & weaving mills, printing & dyeing mills and garment factories. It also makes garments in other fabrics such as cotton, linen and synthetic items.

Headquartered in Hong Kong and supported by a strong manufacturing base Hangzhou and Shenzhen (PRC), the Group is principally engaged in two core businesses:
- Manufacturing for international brands, retailing chains and department stores in US and Europe.
- Retailing of branded fashion apparel, for both women's & men's, in China market.

The Group also has offices in New York and Shanghai to support its product development, manufacturing and distribution activities. Together with its head office in Hong Kong and its manufacturing bases in Hangzhou and Shenzhen, the Group maintains close liaisons with major customers and keeps abreast of the latest market movements and international fashion trends.
