Potex Toys Manufacturer Ltd. has been established since 1977.
It has a factory in Mainland China with a floor area of 420,000 sq. ft. Over 2,000 skillful workers (at peak season 3,000) are employed.
The factory is modernly equipped with following machines for production of top quality toys at competitive prices:-
1. 60 sets of injection molding machine from 1.5 oz. To 34 oz.;
2. 15 sets of automatic bonding machine;
3. 6 sets of roto casting machine;
4. Silk screen, tempo, high frequency welding machine;
5. EDM, ONA"" Brand CNC electric discharge machine, grinding, milling, turning, shaping, engraving machine;
6. 2 EUMACH" CNC vertical machine centre and;
7. Spraying station about 300 units.
Apart from the experienced staff looking after marketing, sales, shipping, researching and development in the Hong Kong head office,
a team of toy experts including 8 engineers from Hong Kong heading 30 local engineers and technicians,
is based in the factory running the day to day production. The factory also has a molding department to provide service for designs.
