INTRODUCTION
Carey & Company Limited is a privately owned company with 35 years of experience specializing in producing and exporting different kinds of garments and textile accessories to overseas markets. The Company was established in Hong Kong since 1969 and has been working on this field ever since. Our main clients are from across Europe and Scandinavian. Having these many years of experience on this field with our European and clients, we have a very solid knowledge basis of what service and products to offer.

With the shift of factories into China, the Company has entered into partnership with eight factories in South China covering a full range of woven and knit fashion. Meantime, the Company also maintains good and close cooperation with many factories in the North China to meet the demand of various European buying groups.

OPERATION
Apart from the management team in Hong Kong office taking care of all shipping logistics, material sourcing and development, and sales coordination, there is a team of experienced quality controllers and technicians stationed in each joint ventured factory to follow up production from sample approval to final inspection. Progress reports are generated on a daily basis and the critical path management is adopted.

Both the merchandising team and quality control team also take turn to visit the factories in the North China for development and production control and this production source has proved to be very successful especially for volume business.

PRODUCT LINES
Our product lines are generally divided and managed by three Departments as follows:

1. Fine Knit Department

   T-Shirt, polo shirt, knit blouses, sweatshirt, track suit, skirt, dress, pants, knitted jacket, underwear and night gown.
2. Woven Department
   Contact person : Ms Noel Choy (Merchandising Manager), e-mail : woven@carey.com.hk
   Blouses, shirts, tops, dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans, trousers, coordinate, lingerie, nightwear, windbreaker, jacket, overcoat, anorak, tracksuit, raincoat, skisuit and leather jacket.
3. Knitwear Department
   Contact person : Mr John Choi (Director), e-mail : knitwear@carey.com.hk Handloom knitwear of 1.5, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14 gauges for top, pullover, cardigan, dress and skirt. Intarsia, embroidery, beading, application, and full range of handknit and crochet workmanship are possible. We also develop our own yarn production in China.

FINANCIAL STANDING

The Company currently handles a turnover of US$30,000,000. The future aim of our company is to expand through joint venture and associated factories to explore into the USA markets, the company aims to increase the turnover by 25% in the following year.

We maintain good accounting record with our banks and is supported by some favorable lines of banking facilities from the following banks:
