GEM FASTIVAL has been established since 1984.Our production line located in a large factory with 500 workers in Dongguan, China, which managed by Hong Kong office as supervisors and a Shanghai Branch Office. We are specialist in full range of bags, such handbags, camera bags, travel bags, laptop case, sport bags, rucksack, fashion bags etc. Materials are varied but not limited, such as nylon, PVC, PU, Polyester, canvas, leathers.
We export our products all over the world and mainly export to Europe countries, then Japan and United States. With over 20 years experience, we familiar with latest globe trend and updated with latest international standard, such as Reach. We are not only professional in our products, but also care about our labors and environment issue which earn us several great audit reports. With our professional experience and passion, we establish a long-term relationship with several popular brands such as: JULSE, DKNY etc.

Sampling department
With our highly skilled workers and experienced pattern makers, we made our supreme sample team. We can create the samples base on picture without actual products for 3-7 days.(base on the stock of the material)

Cutting department
Our cutting department equipped with 8 large cutting machineries. We carry various styles and sizes of the cutting moulds which allow to cut the fabrics in different sizes, shapes efficiently. We check each fabrics carefully before we start the process. In this case, workers are able to check and differentiate each piece of fabrics and able to run the manufacturing process smoothly in the initial stage. Additionally, with our highly experienced skilled marker maker, we are able to manufacture our products with the finest , excellent products and reduce the cost in the same time.

Sewing department
Beside 400 advance sewing machines, we also have 18 computerized a sewing machine for special stitching, which reduces the time and can be ensure that each product is identical to each other. In order to guarantee each product in excellent quality and maintain a high efficiency, we have our QC team patrol in sewing department and in the same time we request our worker to maintain their own quality control. Every single half done products would be send to the QC team for the mid-term QC, after that would be continues its process till it's done and for another final QC.

Leather department
We have expensive equipments import from Italy, which target to the leather's production.

Packing and Quality Control Department
To ensure every product is completed and of the highest quality, we have our QC inspect every single detail before its packing. This is the final and most important stage of the production process. We guarantee that no defective products will reach to the end user.
