Company Profile In 1991, Keitex Group was established in Hong Kong.

As one of the sweater manufacturer in Hong Kong, we specialize in the quality and delivery aspects of its products. It has since been recognized as one of the finest sweater manufacturers in the market.

We provide wide ranges of product line. It ranged from high sports wear to fancy co-ordinates. Besides, we possess a professional management team, advanced production equipment and new technologies to meet every requirement from our valuable customers. Keitex annual production level reaches 1.5 million in clothing units. They are being exported to all over the world, mostly to USA, Japan, Spain, Italy and Israel.

Market

Approximately 40% of our products are exported to the EC. The rest would be distributed among the markets in the USA, Australia, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, Canada and South America.

Production

Keitex production operations are carried out in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. There are 3 factories located in Mainland China in operation. In addition, a new factory in JiangXi that will be completed and join the production team by the end of year 2004.
With the co-operation of all factories, our production capacity could reach almost 500,000 clothing units per month.

C. Production Facilities
	KNITTING MACHINES: FLAT KNIT - 1800 (3GG TO 14GG) INTARSIA - 200 LINKING MACHINES: 500 WASHING MACHINES: 12 WATER EXTRACTORS: 8 LOCK STITCH: 30 OVERLOCK: 10 HEATING DRYERS: 15 BLIND STITCH: 4 BUTTONING: 8 BUTTONHOLING: 8 COVERSTITCH: 4 CUTTING TABLES: 3 IRONS: 150     *By end of year, the number of flat knitting machines will increase to 2000 and that of Intarsia machine to 300.

Quality Control/ Sample Room

	To ensure the quality of every product, we have set up a Quality Control Center in Mainland China. The functions carries out by the center are: Sample making, Product Enhancement, Production Plan Development and Quality Control. Keitex Professional Quality Control Team works from knitting to
packing and reports directly to the Operation Director to the Production Center. This ensures the view of the team to be objective.
