Brief Introduction

Bis Garment Workshop Limited was originally established in Hong Kong. Our main business is OEM production of casual apparel and sports wear. BIS has production bases in China.We have production floor with 300 workers and with own laundry, we are currently produce woven items like denim and cotton twill pants and casual tops. Besides that we are some co-operative subsidary factory which producing heavy outerwear and casual cotton knit items. We have satisfying our clients by supplying quality products, shipping the goods on time and detail-oriented follow up of all the communications with our customers.

Base on such excellent performance, BIS has been continuing its growth and has worked with many international brand and export different countries as follow:

Our Strength

Quality- We have a minimum of 5 Q.C. in China , and when an order is received from a customer, one of them will assign for the order and they will responsible for the order from A to Z. They also oversee on-site QC's during the production and directly report to the merchandiser on Hong Kong. Local QC apply AQL 2.5 for the in -line inspection and AQL 2.5 for the final inspection. Our production and QC teams are regularly reminded of corporate QC standard and principles. Our production line supervisors closely oversee operators during production to make sure that every product is being fabricated correctly from the beginningas per specifications and original sample. Each product is also inspected after fabrication by an inspector under the supervision of a QC Manager.

Samples

Samples are the standard of production and every business talk starts with sample standards. Furthermore a sample is more important in team wear production due to its complicated and sophisticated team logo. Since we have been specializing in casual wear for over a decade, we know how to make samples at minimum time consumption.

Prices

Since or existing buyers are all long-term clients placing large volume orders every year, we have built up good relationship with accessory vendors and this makes us much more competitive in pricing. Through our intergrated production system, strong buying power by handling large volume, professional sourcing capability and loyal raw materials vendors, we are continuously trying to keep our price down to give maximum porift to our customers.

Delivery

Due to our global production system and strong purchasing power of raw materials, our delivery is less influenced by season. Our large production capacity can accommodate any size order and meet earliest possible delivery, guaranteed regardless of on-had production load. Our diversified global production bases give us more choice of delivery options.

Communication

Again, communication is one of the most important factors in international business and that is why we are here in front of you to respond to your inquiry immediately. One other factor of our superior communication ability is "professionalism" that leads both of us right to the point with a clear understanding of the issue. We know that many customers suffer from miscommunication with factory people which sometimes casues serious trouble and that is the why we put so much importance on communication.
